We like yard work, and re-writing lyrics to motivational Top 40’s songs with more yard work related content to sing along to while doing yard work. With an arsenal of lawn care and landscaping tools including mowers, trimmers, hedgers, blowers, shovels, rakes, axes, brooms, and gatorade coolers, Rake That Grass can handle any size yard quickly. 80’s pop star Billy Ocean does not own property that requires regular lawn care and lanscaping within our service area. However, if we expanded our service area to include areas where he owns property, Rake that Grass would be Mr. Ocean’s first choice for lawn care and landscaping services due to our comitment to always having the right tool for the job, and our awesome song parody lyrics.

Anyone can mow grass, but it takes propper training and experience to make a yard bueatiful.
Dodging Cats
If we had a dollar for every time our “cat-like” reflexes saved a scared cat that darted from the bushes……we would have at least 8 dollars, maybe 9. Squirells on the other hand…lets just say, if you are fond of squirells or enjoy watching squirells, specifically, squirells that reside in trees in or around your property, there is a 38% chance of those squirells…um… going to jesus. Pretty good odds for those squirels, in our opinion.
Lawnmower Surfing
Not to too our own mower horn…but 4 Mower Surfing World Championships, 3 prosthetic limb manufacturer sponsors, and 16 followers on our Facebook Sports profile page says toot toot all by it If an olympic level mower surfing show, and a well manicured yard, is what you are looking for…..look no further.
Mowing In A Straight Line
If we did not love mowing grass, we would offer consults to other lanscaping and mowing companies. A training class favorite among our domestic beautification technicians, per internal employee satisfaction polls, is always “Point AB Shortest Distance” training. In fact, some employees take the training class multiple times, despite having passed with a Grade of 60 out of 100 or better!
Non-Grass Obstacle Avoidance
All of our domestic beautification technicians go through 3 weeks of “Non-Grass and Non-Grass Covered Object Identification”. If it’s not grass, they will not mow it. However, if you would like us to mow something that is not grass, we will gladly mow it for no addition cost. Simply cover the non grass object in grass or Chia Pet Paste. If the non grass object can move on its own, make sure it stays very still and our domestic beautification technicians will handle the rest!
Mowing Grass Evenly
We never change the deck hieght of our zero turn mowers mid yard. While it is tempting to pull on the red lever that controls deck height, our skilled domestic beautification technicians are trained with horse blinders until they have permanent mower tunnel vision. We additionally utilize neck cones to train our domestic beautification technicians not to lick themslves.
Tool-to-Task Ratio
Knowing when to pull out the big guns can mean the difference between a yard being mowed and an insurance claim. By “insurance” we mean “our insurance” and by “claim” we mean “hospital bills”. If you notice that one of our domestic beautification technicians is missing a limb or digit, you can rest assured that they did not die.
